Being part of the Regal Family

Every day we consistently take steps to keep our families healthy. From doing our best to eat the right foods and to get enough exercise, to practically obsessing over hand sanitizers and products to keep our homes clean and free of germs and bacteria. Each evening we watch the news, constantly on the lookout for the next health-scare or hazard to avoid, or health-craze to adopt.

As a society consumed with prevention and better living, why is it then, in our efforts to stay fit and healthy, that we often ignore our best resources? Our physicians and health care providers should be the first place we turn when it comes to our health, yet we often don’t think about them until we’re actually sick.

Living a Happy, Healthy Life

At Regal Medical, we believe that healthcare isn’t only about treating you when you’re unwell. It’s also about being there for you when you’re healthy and feeling great, and helping to make sure that you stay that way. A big part of our job is providing resources to help you live a happy, healthy life.

Please take advantage of the many resources for healthy living offered through this site. We also strongly encourage you to speak to your primary care physician regarding regular wellness exams and Preventive Screenings.

Some important notes for our members and providers:

Regal Medical Group or its affiliates do not reward or offer incentives to employees or associates to encourage inappropriate under-utilization of services. Regal Medical Group is committed to providing quality care to our members, and therefore:

  1. Utilization Management decision making is based only on appropriateness of care and service and existence of coverage.
  2. Regal Medical Group does not specifically reward practitioners or other individuals for issuing denials of coverage or service care.
  3. Financial incentives for UM decision makers do not encourage decisions that result in underutilization.

Language Assistance/Interpreter Services
In accordance with California Assembly Bill 853, all Regal Medical Group (RMG) providers will provide, at no cost to the RMG member, Language Assistance/Interpreter Services for those that are limited in English proficiency. Ask your physician for assistance if you need help with interpreter services.
