Innovation is one of our favorite words. We're always working in the background to develop more effective ways to bring vitality to every life that we touch. A lot of that effort focuses on improving the way Regal, Regal members and Regal physicians communicate and share information.

In Summer 2009, we'll begin unveiling some exciting new interactive tools to help you collaborate and communicate with your PCP and Regal Medical:

• My Health Record - Create a personalized health profile for yourself and family covered under your healthplan.
• Patient Ally - Talk to participating Primary Care Physicians online! Interactive tools for secure online communication with participating PCPs allowing you to make appointments, ask questions, view records and lab results, and check and renew prescriptions - all conveniently and securely online.
• Enhanced Provider and Facility Search - Enter an address and view mutliple results for physicians, hospitals or urgent cares listed on a map by proximity.
