Regal Express Access is an easy to use internet based portal for contracted providers. Regal Express Access will allow you to view the following items online.

• Eligibility Status
• Capitation Status
• Claims Status
• Authorization Status
• Referrals Requests

You will need the following to use Regal Express Access:

• PC
• Internet Explorer version 6 or higher
• Cipher strength: 128-bit-encryption
• DSL/Cable broadband connection (recommended)

How do I know if I have Internet Explorer version 6 with 128-bit-encryption (cipher strength)?

• Open Internet Explorer
• Select Help from the menu bar
• Click About Internet Explorer
